What we collect and why
Your name, phone number and email
- To prepare and send your quote
- To follow up on your quote, no more than twice. No spam, no pushy sales calls, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.
- To complete the paperwork for your job, like your Electrical Safety Certificate and the notices we’re required to lodge with Western Power
Your property address
- To look at your property on Google Maps and plan the neatest, safest cable route for your charger before we visit
Your switchboard photo
- To check there’s enough space in your switchboard for your charger’s circuit, and whether any extra work is needed
We ask for the meter to be visible because it shows your power supply (single or three phase). Each meter number is also linked to a property address, so it confirms the property we’re quoting for. We only use it for your quote and your job.
Details about your home and charger
- Your power supply, property type, charger choice and preferred location, so your quote is accurate from the start
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We only share it with:
- Wix, which runs this website and stores your form details
- Google, which helps us see how our ads are performing
- Western Power, for the notices we’re required to lodge for your job
Some of these services may store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it
If your job goes ahead, we keep your job records for at least five years, because WA rules require electrical contractors to keep copies of this paperwork. If you don’t go ahead, we only keep your details for as long as we need them.

You can ask to see, update or delete your information at any time. We’ll keep only the records we’re legally required to hold.
